Ingredients

  • 22 oz pizza dough flat
  • 1 1/2 cups Prepared Stuffing
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup Cooked Sweet Potato, Mashed
  • 1 cup Cooked Turkey, Cubed
  • Optional: 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

Handling

  • Keep pizza dough frozen until ready to use.
  • To thaw, place the dough in the refrigerator overnight or place it on the counter, covered in cloth or plastic, until it reaches room temperature (Approximately 2 hours).

Baking

  1. Pre-heat your conveyor oven to 425°.*
  2. Remove dough from packaging and place it on a lightly oiled baking pan.
  3. Press the dough out into an even 16″ circle, or until you’ve reached your desired shape/size.
  4. Bake the un-topped dough for 2-3 minutes so that the dough becomes partially baked.
  5. Remove the par-baked pizza dough from the oven and top it with your cranberry sauce.
  6. Next, finish topping your pizza with the sweet potato, stuffing, turkey cubes, and if you choose, the optional cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust and cheese become golden brown.
  8. Remove your pizza from the oven.
  9. Slice and serve.

* Time and temperature vary by oven.

Pro Tips

  • Use a pizza screen for a crispier crust. Do not add oil to a pizza screen.
  • For more flavor, add crushed red pepper before baking.
  • Wait 2-3 minutes after baking before cutting and serving to allow the cheese to settle.

Serve this up as your Thanksgiving promotion, and don’t be surprised if they come back asking for it again and again!
