Since organic products are increasingly popular among consumers across all food products, we’re always innovating to ensure our customers are getting the freshest, best-tasting pizza dough out there. We continue to create varieties of organic pizza dough that meet the needs, and taste buds, of your vast and varied customer base.

When developing our organic dough recipe, we didn’t want to create just any pizza dough. We wanted to deliver a certified organic pizza product that would surpass texture and taste expectations — and that’s exactly what we’ve been able to do.

Working with our organic pizza dough is easy and convenient. Frozen organic dough balls need to be taken out from frozen and then defrosted in the refrigerator for ten to twelve hours. If you don’t have that much time, setting the dough out on a counter and allowing it to defrost at room temperature for two hours should also be plenty of time.

No matter how you’re defrosting your pizza dough, it’s extremely important to make sure that it’s always covered, either with plastic wrap or with a tea towel. Not covering up the dough will allow air to get at it and will very quickly dry the dough out. When you go to roll or toss it, it will easily crack and won’t shape nearly as easily as moist dough. Dry dough also cooks dry, and your customers will notice this with their first bite.

To prepare for baking, preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Stretch out your thawed dough ball and place it on your baking sheet. Cover the crust with your desired toppings then bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust begins to turn golden-brown. When baked, our organic crust has a sturdy texture, making it an exciting choice for customers looking for an organic option. Remove your pizza masterpiece from the oven and allow it to cool for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
