Par Baked ShellsDecember is the time for the holidays, and it’s all about the food. • 1 package dough
  • 1 cup of homemade or jarred shrimp cocktail sauce

  • 2 cups baby shrimp, shelled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake pizza dough as directed on the package for about 10-12 minutes, or until it’s completely cooked through.
  2. While dough is baking, heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and mix together spices. Toss shrimp in the spices and when oil is hot, add them to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper once all shrimp are added to the pan. Cook until shrimp are pink, and remove pan from heat.
  3. Spread cocktail sauce over the entire surface of the dough once it has been removed from the oven. Place the cooked shrimp evenly over the sauce, and sprinkle with green onions and fresh cilantro.
