Pizza Nachos Made Easy with Par Baked Pizza Dough!

We’ve already told you how you can make pita chips out of thin pizza crust, or even turn frozen bagels into deliciously crisp chips. Now though, we bring you something even more unique and delicious – pizza nachos! These nachos are super easy to make, and are just like one very large serving of nachos. Easier and cleaner to eat, and your customers’ next favorite new menu item!

Ingredients:

  • 1 par baked pizza dough shell
  • 1 cup mild salsa
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 cup green peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. With sharp kitchen shears or a knife, cut pizza dough into large wedges.
  2. Evenly distribute remaining ingredients over top of wedges, finishing with the cheese.
  3. Preheat broiler. When hot place wedges on a baking sheet and place under broiler for just 2 – 4 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove and serve immediately, with additional salsa for dipping.
