Pepperoni on Pizza Dough, Turned into Bread

Frozen Pizza DoughGarlic bread and cheesy bread are two items that you can find on just about any restaurant’s menu. So when you want your apps to stand out in the crowd, make this pepperoni bread is the one that will wow your customers. All you need are two items you must already have on hand – pepperoni, and pizza dough.

Making this bread couldn’t be easier. Just roll out the package dough into a large circle that’s about ½ inch thick.  Lightly brush the entire surface with oil, olive or vegetable, and then cover the entire surface with thinly sliced pepperoni. Starting from one of the long sides, roll the pizza crust up tightly, tucking in the pepperoni as you do. When entire dough has been rolled, pinch the seal tightly and place on a baking sheet, seal side down.

Preheat your oven to about 400 degrees Fahrenheit, slightly lower than what’s stated on the package directions as the dough has now been layered. When oven is hot place the bread in and cook for about 20 minutes, until dough is golden and crisp. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, and slice into large 2” pieces. Serve just a few slices as an appetizer, or serve them all up in one dish as an entrée course. Either way, your customers will love it!
