Need a New Recipe for Your Frozen Rolls? Try Loose Meat Sliders!

Frozen RollsLoose meat is a classic lunchtime recipe and while these might be time-consuming to make, once you have the meat prepared they’ll only take you a second. You can even prepare the meat the evening or day before so that when your customers ask for a slider, they can have one in their hands in seconds. Just make sure you always have some of the freshest frozen rolls on hand!

Start by preparing one to two racks of pork baby back ribs. These are the ribs that have the most tender meat, which makes them the nicest for sandwiches. Everyone has their own way of preparing them so whether you boil them, slow cook them, or bake them off in the oven, prepare them in whatever way you know shine once placed on that wholesale bread.

Once the ribs have been fully prepared, allow them to cool slightly and then pull the meat off of them by hand (we suggest wearing gloves as this can be a bit messy.) Place the shredded meat in a large bowl, and discard the bones. When all the meat is shredded, then pour about a cup of barbecue pizza garnish over the meat and stir to coat all the meat thoroughly.

After the rib meat is ready you’re all set. Just pile it high on that fresh bread, top with pickles, coleslaw, or anything you choose, and watch how these fly out the door!
