Need a Dip for Your Frozen Breadsticks? Give Them Pepperoni Pizza!
Frozen breadsticks and pepperoni homemade pizza have been a natural match ever since people decided to mix water and flour to make dough. So why not really bring them together by serving breadsticks alongside pepperoni pizza 
dip?
Ingredients:
- 2 packages of cream cheese at room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 cup pepperoni, chopped, plus several whole rounds for topping
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease several 4” ramekins, or one larger soufflé or casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except for the cheese reserved for sprinkling. Divide mixture up between baking dishes, smoothing the tops to ensure even baking. Top with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese and several whole rounds of pepperoni slices.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, until cheese on top has melted, and entire mixture is bubbly at the edges.
- Serve hot alongside breadsticks.
