How to Revive Wholesale Bread When It’s Gone Stale

Start by preheating the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay out a piece of aluminum foil that will be large enough to hold the bread, and wrap completely around it. For best results, reheat only six sub rolls or slices of bread at a time.

Sprinkle droplets of water onto the aluminum foil, place bread in the center, and then wrap so that the foil completely covers the bread. Place the bread in the oven and then turn the heat off. Leave in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the inside of the oven is cool, and then remove from oven. The foil can be removed right away, and your bread should be soft and fresh!
