Hamburger Pizza made with Frozen Pizza Dough!

Hamburger Pizza made with Frozen Pizza Dough!

Frozen Pizza DoughHere’s a very easy recipe that combines the two foods your customers love the most: pizza, and hamburgers. And when you buy frozen burgers and package dough, they only take seconds to make!

Ingredients:

  • Frozen pizza dough, individually-sized or cut to fit and thawed
  • Frozen burger patties, fully cooked
  • Pizza garnish or tomato sauce
  • Pizza toppings such as green peppers, pepperoni, cheese, green olives, bacon, and tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or to temperature indicated on the package of dough.
  2. Place one fully cooked burger patty in the center of one piece of pizza dough (or two if you want to offer your customers a double decker!)
  3. Mound the pizza toppings onto the burger patty.
  4. Fold one half of the dough over the patty, and then fold over the opposite side, being sure to reach one side over the other and pinch or press to seal. Repeat with the remaining sides, sealing the dough and pinching it closed wherever you see an open space.
  5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the dough is crisp and golden brown on the outside.
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes and then cut in half.

Serve these pizza sandwiches with French fries or coleslaw, and just see how much your customers love them!
