Ingredients:

  • 1 package dough
  • 1 jar of roasted garlic pesto
  • ½ jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 small zucchini, cut into small rounds
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/3 cup olives, preferably Kalamata
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into rounds
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup roasted cashews

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll out the wholesale pizza dough and spread a thin layer of pesto over the surface. Spread the mozzarella cheese over top.
  2. Place red peppers, zucchini, and artichoke hearts in a medium-sized bowl. In a smaller bowl mix together paprika, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, and turmeric. Taste and add salt and pepper, if needed. Pour the spices into the bowl of vegetables and mix so that it’s thoroughly combined.
  3. Place the vegetables, one by one, onto the cheese and bake it for about 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted entirely and the vegetables are slightly wilted.
  4. As soon as the pizza comes out of the oven, top with roasted cashews and the crumbled feta cheese.
