Freezer to Oven Dough is Perfect for Garden Salad Pizza!

When that happens, use freezer to oven dough to create this delicious garden salad pizza!
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of pizza dough
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2-3 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup green pepper, diced
- 1 cup blue cheese salad dressing
Instructions:
- Remove frozen pizza dough from package and bake according to package instructions.
- When crust has baked up nicely, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
- Cover dough with blue cheese dressing, leaving about an inch from the edge just as you would with pizza sauce.
- Layer on top of blue cheese dressing: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, and lastly, red onion.
- Slice into wedges and serve!
