Commercial Pizza Dough Turned into Barbecue Chicken Pizza!

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 1 cup spicy barbecue sauce
  •  2 chicken breasts, roasted, skinned, and diced
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups Colby cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to temperature you normally use to cook pizza. Place pizza dough on a lightly greased pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread crust evenly with toppings in this order: cheese, barbecue sauce, chicken, parsley, green pepper, and onion.
  2. Place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until crust is golden and crisp and cheese has completely melted.
