A Little Butter, a Little Honey, and Frozen Rolls Become Truly Spectacular!

Wholesale BreadWhether you’re offering these tasty bits as an appetizer on your menu, or you’re placing them on the tables for customers to snack on while they peruse your menu, every one of them will love these honey butter bites! And you can use any kind of package dough you choose to make them.

Ingredients:

  • •    1 package frozen rolls, thawed to room temperature
  • •    2 teaspoons honey, plus more for drizzling
  • •    4 teaspoons butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Begin by cutting wholesale bread into small pieces, about an inch across each. If you’re using rolls, this should be about four small pieces.
  2. Place four small pieces into a greased muffin tin, and repeat until other cups in the tin are full.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine butter and honey completely. Drizzle generously over top of roll pieces and place in the oven.
  4. Bake for the time indicated on the package, until pieces have baked together and are golden, puffed up, and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and, if you wish, drizzle a bit more honey on these buns for an especially tasty treat!

Don’t have rolls on hand? No problem. Use whatever you currently have in your freezer, remembering to simply tear it up before drizzling and baking!
